I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and had a fantastic time! the value for money was exceptional. The prices were affordable, especially considering the prime location in the center of everything. The staff were incredibly attentive and the service was top-notch. We were also pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms. They were cleaned nearly everyday, and had all the basic amenities we needed, including a microwave, fridge, cooker, and kettle. The room itself was spacious, comfortably accommodating all six of us, and offered wonderful views. Additionally, having a fully-equipped kitchen allowed us to cook for ourselves, giving us a true home-away-from-home experience. Lastly, the breakfast on a half board basis was delicious and satisfying, ensuring we started each day off right.

lifts a bit dodgey at times, dining room closed on our third day at hotel...no explanation given to us only a notice on dining room door telling people to use dining facilities of da vinci hotel next door!, staff at reception nice but very unsure of anything you asked them and had to ring someone in the da vinci hotel everytime to clarify something even for use of shower facility on checkout prior to our flight home. staff were not compitent and didnt know what answers to give to what seemed to us as routine eventualities...they still had to ring someone on their mobile phone to clarify things! it made place look like bad management. the evening bar manager was very good at his job, had good communication skills with all nationalities.

The hotel is located not so far from the beach, friendly staff, large rooms with huge balcony.

Always the same for breakfast and disgusting coffee from coffee machine, was not tea. No condition for the air conditioning because of that you could not change anything.

Close to the beach and other popular attractions 🏖️. We would definitely recommend staying here. Plus, they offer convenient private parking nearby.

Cleanliness in the room. Cupboards, doors were not clean. Stains of sunscreen everywhere.

Pro: Loved the unique atmosphere by the pool, felt like a luxurious Mediterranean getaway. The chefs' cuisine was to die for, truly unforgettable. Con: Oh, and let's not forget the charming staff. They were so helpful and accommodating, especially Vanessa the waitress with her sour face and unhelpful attitude. Such a joy to be around!

Location of the hotel was excelent. Only short walk to shops and pubs. The room was cleaned everyday and clean towels suplyed. Will be staying here again..

Frendly staff, good location close to central entrance of Llevant beach, spacious rooms, giant balcony.

Door locks are very old and work bad - once could hardly open bathroom door. Cooks are not very good - food was overdried (lamb, chicken), overcooked (pasta), undercooked (vegetables, potato) quite often. Chambermaids swept our room rarely and as a result there were too much sand on the floor.

As guests with disabilities, we were impressed with the accessibility of the hotel and its surroundings. the pavements and roads were well-maintained, making it easy to get around. There were also plenty of pedestrian crossings, which made crossing the streets hassle-free.

The location of the hotel is perfect! Just a short stroll away from the beach and plenty of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. the rooms are clean and well-appointed, with daily maid service that we appreciated. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast buffet and had a nice pool area to take a refreshing dip in.

There was no room service available, which was a disappointment. the noise level at night was a bit high due to some street cleaning.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The pool was a great place to relax and despite its age, was well-maintained.

The pool area was quite small, which meant there was limited space to relax during peak times. the lifeguards were very strict and didn't allow any toys or inflatables in the pool, making it difficult to keep children entertained.
